Blacklist/Overstay Enquiry
Blacklist/Overstay enquiry is another critical service for our clients to identify if any applicant(s) have violated immigration laws and are subsequently placed on a blacklist or overstay their visa in Malaysia either knowing or unknowingly before, during or after the global pandemic.
We engage with the Immigration Department of Malaysia to conduct this enquiry to disclose the applicant’s status and protect our clients’ benefits.
Suppose the applicant(s) status is either blacklisted or overstayed. We will advise on the next best course of action and if the situation can be remedied.
Note that any violations of the Immigration Act may incur severe consequences of either fines or imprisonment or both together and will have a permanent record in the immigration system.
